Our Policy

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Recruitment is essential for AOE: they help to form and maintain a team that is our main wealth. All recruitments are organized across the board. They involve both the recruiter, a human resources representative, but also one or more internal stakeholders. Each year we receive thousands of applications: response to offers or spontaneous candidatures. We are committed to inform all candidates / e / s result we give them their application.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Training accompanies the activity of our office and supports its development. Greenpeace France is committed to creating a positive work environment for the development of individual skills and those of the organization. COMPENSATION Our compensation takes into account the constraints imposed by the cost of living in Paris. Our salaries are paid entries 10% above the minimum wage. The ratio between the highest salary and the lowest salary is 3.2.

WORKING CONDITIONS

With the Works Council, we strive to develop good working conditions and are consistent with our values.

OUR POLICY TRAINING

Teaching and exchange are the heart of our approach to training. In this context, we favor Internship 6 months. Our students receive a training allowance than the legal requirement.
